Photo Self Stencil Material is an in-house stencil solution for customers with a need for a quick turnaround. The material offers great detail reproduction and is rigid enough for many surface and deep etches.

The material comes in sheets of 8x11" (letter size) and has a protective Mylar sheet on both sides.

The material is photo exposed: print your artwork onto a transparency, position the transparency tightly against the Photo Self Stencil material and expose the material under a light source. Afterwards the material is being submersed and washed out in our developer solution DEV-1.

For the exposing of the sheet(s) you will need a photo exposing unit like they are used in screen printing. Regular lightbulbs or sunlight will not be sufficient.
